The Tiny House is a project by TheSize — an innovative natural stone company based in Spain, which offers revolutionary surfaces for commercial and residential applications. Neolith Sintered Compact Surfaces was the company’s first brand, launched in 2010, and offered to the Mid-Atlantic exclusively by MARVA.
Looking for an opportunity to showcase just how limitless the application possibilities for Neolith are, TheSize realized the perfect answer: put all the applications together, in one amazing Tiny House. TheSize created a two-unit, 500- square foot luxury home, constructed entirely of Neolith products, including the flooring, interior and exterior cladding, countertops, kitchen islands, shower walls, vanities, fireplace, and even an exterior barbecue area. “At MARVA, we understand that quality surfaces are essential to a beautiful, timeless home,” said Tania Kalentzos, Director of Marketing, MARVA. “We love Neolith products, because they are so versatile, and because their durability and beauty makes them perfect in every application imaginable. With Neolith, the future is now!”
The entirety of the Tiny House structure is made of Neolith Surfaces, although the variation in design – including natural stone and natural wood appearance — makes this hard to believe. The home is equipped with luxury amenities, including a full-size kitchen, two bedrooms, a home theatre, and a patio with a fully-functioning outdoor kitchen. Featured luxury brands include Miele, SubZero, and ToTo.
Not only is the design of the Tiny House beautiful, but since Neolith surfaces are virtually indestructible, the house is also solid enough to withstand decades of everyday living. This natural stone product is lightweight, easy to clean, and resistant to high temperatures and UV damage, while the hard surface makes it resistant to scratches, staining, and abrasions. Neolith’s superior quality, exceptional durability and aesthetic appeal make this Extraordinary Surface a perfect choice for any home or commercial project.
“From your countertops to your flooring, every decision a home or business owner makes for their property is a lifetime investment,” said Tania Kalentzos, Director of Marketing, MARVA. “Since Neolith surfaces require no maintenance and can withstand nearly anything that daily life subjects them to, they will retain their style and functionality, for years to come.”
