What you’ll be doing:
Manage design and production work for the Workplace team, Work closely with studio directors and controller to provide feedback on fees and staffing schedules, prepare additional service requests, Mentor architectural staff to make sure projects are completed on time and within budget, Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for projects, Be involved in all aspects of the design process, including internal and external team meetings, from concept through construction administration, Coordinate with internal and external project team members, engineers, and consultants in a timely fashion, with professionalism and compassion, Quality Control drawings in Bluebeam and Bluebeam Studio Sessions, Oversee the project budgets, Conduct code analysis and apply research to the project, working with the project architects, Create and maintain project management documentation plans and weekly work plans with the project architect.
What you need:
Bachelors or Masters degree from an NAAB-accredited institution, 10+ years of professional architecture experience, ideally experience in Workplace project types, Excellent communication skills, fostering a culture of mentorship and apprenticeship within the team, Working knowledge and understands the implications of how the design of a project affects BOMA or other square footage calculations,
Professional licensure or working towards licensure, Proficiency in Revit, Knowledge and aptitude in other design software platforms are preferred.

Project Architect or Designer

Studio 360 is currently seeking a talented and highly motivated Project Architect or Project Designer with 3- 7 years of experience for a part-time position. We offer a design-driven, flexible work environment focused solely on residential and interior architecture. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist Principal with product selections, creating finish schedules, and presentation drawings to clients.
- Tackle unusual design and technical challenges within custom residential projects
Work collaboratively across multiple project disciplines (with contractors, consultants, engineers, local suppliers)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent Time management skill
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture preferred or a minimum of 5 years of related experience in an architectural practice
- Some experience in residential design and a working knowledge of residential construction standards, and residential building structures preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD, and MS Office a must

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, professional architectural support, services, and consultation for the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of facilities for the Navy, Marine Corps, and other Supported Commands, including specific projects, special projects, military construction (MILCON), demolition, maintenance, space utilization, and facilities development.
- Participate in conferences with project stakeholders and collaborate with other engineering and architectural disciplines to ensure system coordination and integration with specific project requirements.
