Responsibilities
The Project Consultant supports a team managing LEED / green building design, construction, operations and maintenance projects, and training initiatives in a fast-paced, specialized, and focused environment. Depending upon level, the Project Consultant may also serve in the capacity of ‘assistant project manager’ on one or more projects.

Minimum Qualifications
Candidates should have a Bachelors’ degree in and minimum four years’ experience in architecture, interior design, architectural engineering, facilities management, construction management, or other fields related to the building industry. Candidates must be knowledgeable in commercial green building principles and practices and have played a role in a minimum of two LEED projects. Candidates must be proficient in navigating architectural and engineering drawings and specifications and must have experience with LEED Online. The successful candidate will support multiple Project Managers managing numerous consulting projects and play a supporting role in the development of consulting tools, services, resources, and trainings. Candidates must demonstrate strong initiative, flexibility, communication, organizational and time management skills. LEED Green Associate credential required, and the successful candidate must demonstrate ability to achieve the LEED professional accreditation with Specialty within 6 months of the day of employment, if not already accredited.
