Glavé & Holmes Architecture is seeking a creative and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator who will work closely with the Director of Marketing. The successful candidate will:

  • Develop, design, and produce a variety of high-quality graphic materials, including but limited to 
    proposals/qualifications packages, email blasts, award submissions, brochures, advertisements, interview presentations, conference presentations, banners, reports, and other complex production projects in accordance with the firm’s brand standards.
  • Create visibility in the marketplace through strategic and proactive management of the firm’s social 
    media presence by creating memorable highlights. 
  • Update the firm’s website.
  • Work in close collaboration with Studio Directors to research clients, market trends and other information associated with business development efforts.
  • Perform administrative tasks including maintenance and update of employee resumes, project cut sheets, boilerplate information, CRM database and assist with back-up for reception when necessary.

Must have experience in the A/E/C industry or related experience. Must be highly proficient with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with WordPress and CRM systems is a plus. 

Excellent organizational skills; strong communication skills in written, verbal, and visual form. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently as well as in team environments, often under tight deadlines.
